Annie Camp, Owner

I am Annie Camp. (it's never Annie friends have always called me "Annie Camp")
I first walked into a hot room and spent 90mins on a yoga mat back in 2004. I have been in the fitness industry since the 80s but that 90 minutes, in that hot room, changed everything for me. Since then, I have an estimated 1000 hours of Yoga trainings and that many hrs of teaching yoga. I teach Forrest Yoga, Hot Yoga, Yin yoga, meditation, and variations of moving and breathing.
I am a hands-on teacher gently assisting and guiding, I teach a physical practice from a place of compassion and kindness. I guide you to understanding that you are more than your physical self that your energy and mental health is the key to physical health and happiness.
We are living in a time where stress, anger, anxiety, and trauma are dragging us into the basement of our spiritually home. My goal is to support you to get to a place where you can breathe bigger, shine brighter and dream big.

Audra, Costa Rica Retreat

I’ve been practicing yoga on and off my mat since 2007 when I finally got off the literal treadmill and realized how important it is to slow down and actually feel my body. I practiced many different types of yoga- Hatha, Vinyasa, Iyengar and then the hot series with Annie in Nigeria. My first yoga teacher training was with Annie in Hot Yoga. Ours was a friendship forged within the heat of a tiny room filled with space heaters! When I moved to Denver in 2012, I began practicing Earth Ways Yoga. This yoga changed my life and deepened my yoga practice as well as my spiritual practice. I am a 200hr RYT in Earth Ways Yoga that incorporates Classical 5 Element acupuncture points and meridians with nature imagery as a way to help bring you back to your body and back to balance. I began to teach Yin yoga classes and I now incorporate the philosophy of Earth Ways Yoga with the mechanics of Yin yoga. As a Reiki Master I believe in the power of healing through touch and bring this element in to my yoga classes as a hands-on teacher.

I love to bring imagery and meaning to my yoga classes and encourage students to work with their body, mind and essence during practice. Being on the mat is an opportunity to truly listen to all our parts, to move the body, release negative energy and to recharge.

Casey, Spring in Greece Retreat

Casey’s love of yoga has easily translated into her love for teaching. She teaches from an intuitive understanding of the unique circumstances each student brings to the mat. She is devoted to paving a path of self-discovery for all her students.

Listening to the collective mood of each class, Casey ensures students enjoy a healthy physical, anatomical and alignment-focused experience. She infuses a steady stream of breath awareness throughout each lesson. Yogis journey down an open, non-judgmental path that begins with grounding down and rediscovering a true connection to mother Earth and themselves.

Thoughtful cues coupled with space to explore, encourage movement from a place of inner peace and from the heart. Her gentle nature and challenging enthusiasm ensures lasting calm energy and revitalization.

Casey has had the blessed opportunity to complete her 200 hour teacher training in Houston, TX at YogaOne in 2012 as well as her 300 hour teacher training with the Jivamukti School of Yoga in Costa Rica in 2014 and the Radiantly Alive 300 hour teacher training in Ubud, Bali in 2015. In total she has over 1000 hours of training and 4 years experience in teaching. Her specialties include vinyasa and yin.
